• ปตท.สผ. เริ่มต้นโครงการก๊าซชีวภาพในตําบลแสงสว่าง อำเภอหนองแสง ตั้งแต่ปี 2555 จํานวน 42 บ่อ โดยเริ่มต้นในพื้นที่ บ้านท่าสี 36 บ่อ และติดตั้งในพื้นที่บ้านทับไฮ 6 บ่อ ต่อมาได้ขยายไปยังตําบลทับกุง ถึงเวลานี้มีอยู่ 203 บ่อแล้ว
